These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Grephyt platform and its associated
services provided by Onionskin Studios(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, uploading
content, or accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not
agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 16 years old to use Grephyt. In jurisdictions where the minimum age of consent
is higher, you must meet that age requirement.
1.2 If you are a minor (below 18 years of age), you may use Grephyt only with the consent and
supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. Account Creation and Security
2.1 To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and
complete information during registration.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities
under your account.
2.3 Notify us immediately at oskin.studios@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Content
3.1 Users may upload comic books, illustrations, voiceovers, and related content (“User Content”).
3.2 You retain ownership of your intellectual property. By uploading User Content, you grant Grephyt a
worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, store, display,
reproduce, distribute, and promote your content.
3.3 You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or violates another’s
privacy or intellectual property rights.
3.4 We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property
4.1 Users must only upload content they own or have explicit rights to distribute.
4.2 Any violation of copyright laws or the intellectual property rights of others will result in content
removal and potential account suspension.
4.3 Users can report infringing content via oskin.studios@gmail.com, and we will take appropriate
action.

5. Community Guidelines
5.1 Users must engage respectfully and refrain from abusive, harassing, or harmful behavior.
5.2 Automated moderation tools and manual reviews ensure compliance with these guidelines.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1 We are committed to protecting your personal data. Our data collection practices are governed by our
Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Termination of Services
8.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or harm the platform’s

8.3 Terminated accounts may lose access to uploaded content unless otherwise agreed upon.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grephyt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages resulting from your use of the platform.
9.2 Our total liability for claims related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to
access premium services.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
10.2 Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be
settled through binding arbitration in Hyderabad, India.
10.3 Users waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
10.4 All lawsuits including lawsuits that arise due to failure of arbitration will be initiated in Hyderabad,
India.

11. Changes to Terms
11.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or
in-app notifications.
11.2 Continued use of Grephyt constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
